Heine Kaasgaard Bang

Heine Kaasgaard Bang is director and partner of Conmoto, and has spend several years researching and carrying out theoretical and practical work on strategy, knowledge management, knowledge accounts, balanced scorecard, change management, human change and manager development. Heine holds a master's degree from the University of Århus.

Heine has published a number of articles in the fields of knowledge management, balanced scorecard and alternative reporting methods including environmental, social and knowledge accounts, and he has co-authored books including ”Knowledge Management – A practical discipline in its infancy”, ”Knowledge Management & Intellectual Capital” and co-edited the book "Strategy Cards: Balanced scorecard as a strategic tool - the Danish experience.

For Heine it is important for manager and organisation development to focus on value creation by developing and releasing the intellectual capital in an organisation – the ongoing strategic development of the company is placed in the context of the training and personal development of each individual employee.

Heine lives in Århus.
