Niels Elkjær

For the last 11 years, Niels has concentrated exclusively on processes in teams/groups.

He helped pioneer outdoor team training in Denmark, and his work is founded on experiential learning and appreciative inquiry.

He has mainly worked with employee groups, autonomous production groups and teams of managers from the private and public sector.
