Søren Heide

Søren holds a master's in political science and is a partner of Conmoto. He has considerable expertise in strategy implementation and in management and organisation development. Acting as consultant and project manager, Søren has carried out development and change projects for a number of large organisations in the private sector and in local and national government. He is particularly interested in establishing clear links between strategic and business change on the one hand, and, on the other, capacity and skill development in the organisation.
