Team building 

All effective cooperation needs to be carefully nurtured if it is to continue day after day. Conmoto's team building is a space where departments, groups, sales teams and project organisations can come together to work on their cooperation and share experiences. Activities can be aimed at management groups with five members before project launch, at production groups in the factory, or at hundreds of sales personnel as a kick-off for the next sales season.

When we organise team building programmes, we take the years of experience of our consultants working in Danish companies and organisations, and combine it with our experience-based working methods. We combine open-air exercises with the relevant theoretical background and simple models. We strive to make the abstract concrete and to make the lessons and experiences applicable to day-to-day work. And we always focus on the results the group is trying to achieve when the programme finishes.
