Team development - when cooperation is crucial

When the management group, project group or department is extended, is presented with new challenges or is about to embark on a major change project, trust, teamwork and shared responsibility are essential for success. A lot is expected of the team members, who need to know each other's skills, understand each other's points of view and be able to create the conditions necessary for the best possible cooperation.

Conmoto's team development consists of targeted programmes for management groups and key functions in the organisation. The aim is always to improve the performance and results of the team.

Conmoto's team development programmes are tailored to the team and to the expected results. On the basis of the needs and the starting point of the team, a development programme consisting of a number of elements is created. These elements could be:


Belbin team profile – covering the preferred team roles of the team members

 
Team building activities – the participants improve cooperation by completing varied and challenging exercises

 
Communication analysis – allowing the team to work on internal communication and  informal structures


Team seminars – the team identifies and commits to rules and values.


Conmoto's team development will normally be a long-term programme, in which the team works with an experienced consultant to select relevant activities. Some of these activities can be integrated with the normal work of the team, while others require a new context, with space for reflection, feedback and concentration.
